I run a small PPC agency and we've gotten our first few clients on Upwork. We've developed the systems and processes to now onboard new clients at a much faster rate.

We're now looking to expand out into cold e-mail, cold calling, and other platforms for a specific niche of clients in the service based industry, and e-commerce industries.

We're looking for someone who can help us develop an overall strategy for cold outreach and bring previous experience to the table. We don't have an overall, solid idea of exactly what we need to be doing quite yet, so we need someone onboard who has strong experience as a BDR.
