Facebook ads Manager / Social Media VA Needed

Below are the tasks I am expecting - as follows
1- Research AD audience and Interest for my brand ( Expereince of doing this required)
2- Set up Facebook ads and monitor the ads plus manage my ad budget ( You must have proven ads experience and results ) Drivings Store sales is key
3- Social Media post ( you must have graphic skills to be able to create some posts) but i will provide most creatives and captions for our SM posts.
4- Reports- provide weekly reports on status and how we are doing
5 - 5 hours per week and 20 hours per month for now .
