First Call Specialist - Sales Development Rep

We are ONLY looking for an A player, self-starter who can take the ball and run with it! You will be very organized and can stay on top of many spinning plates. You are personable, with an ability to build rapport and trust easily with prospects.



We are a fast-growing firm marketing firm that get's a tremendous response from our outbound marketing campaigns, due to a "value-forward" approach, where prospects actively and eagerly want to meet with our founders. Your role is to follow up with these prospects and conduct 15 min "Intro Calls" to get an understanding of how we can be of help and to schedule meetings, upon their request.



You’ll join a team structure with defined and achievable growth avenues for self starters. Our firm will grow rapidly in the year ahead and you’ll be supported and challenged to develop your ability to step into a more senior role as more team members join.



Experience in the IT Industry is a plus.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
● Warm Prospects via phone, Zoom meetings and helping them with the next steps they desire which could entail booking meetings with one or both of our Founders
● Communicating via Phone, Zoom, Email and LinkedIn
● Managing and updating CRM (Close.io) and spreadsheets
● Managing and updating Google, Close.io calendars
● Maintain clarity in communication when reporting on KPIs and passing over appointments
● Follow our proven process
● Engage in other out-bound phone calls, as and when required to notify prospects of upcoming events.



EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
● Customer Service, Friendly, Relationship-builder, Detail-oriented and an "A" Player
● KPI's achievement within B2B environment
● Minimum of 3-4 years Appointment Setting and Out-Bound Customer Service experience
● Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Comfortable presenting on camera (ZOOM meetings)
● Positive and Can-Do attitude, Self-motivated to Over-Achieve - Quick Learner!

● Tech-savvy - the ability to work with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Close,io, Google Workspace, Notion, TidyCal, Instantly, Slack.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing atmosphere


Please note, candidates should have the following existing infrastructure - laptop/desktop computer,
smartphone, stable and FAST internet connectivity, back-up power source
