The website must include:

A user interface and profile
Private messaging (between contractors and companies)
Payment Gateway with a custom commission value
User reviews similar to Upwork's infrastructure

As the ideal candidate, you should have experience in website development and be familiar with payment gateway integration. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are also essential.
