Title: Mid-level Marketing Specialist

The Incantum Games is looking for a full-time, in-house mid-level marketing specialist for our game Crown Chaser. Crown Chaser is a tower-defense style card game leverage blockchain technologies. Since 2021, Crown Chaser has been growing rapidly with increasing users and partnerships with renowned web3 infrastructure, launchpads, guilds, DAOs, etc. While expanding, we are looking for talent to join our team who is communicative and able to execute to make our project grow on a bigger scale. You will be working directly with our upper management team on marketing strategies, research, and content. The ideal candidate is in the know of what’s going on in the crypto industry and love to chit-chat and mingle with dfferent minds. It will be a remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Own our content strategy, including creating content, getting in touch with stakeholders, allocating budget effectively, setting KPIs for marketing.
- Grow and manage online communities, organize community events like AMAs and giveaways.
- Moderate social media platforms and maintain brand image on multiple channels for positive engagement.
- Analyze market metrics and share feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in web 2 marketing, familiar with SEO/ Google Ads, 3-6 months experience in web3, passionate about games.
- Proven work experience as a creator, project manager, or similar role in web2 marketing, web3 is a plus.
- Good understanding of blockchain gaming, keeping up with the latest trends in the space (DeFi, GameFi, NFT, etc).
- A strong portfolio of marketing projects.
- High level of written and spoken English, Italian is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design like Canvas is a plus.
