Job Brief
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. To excel in this role, you must be organized, professional, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and possess an in-depth knowledge of HR. Your main responsibilities will include the following:

Role Responsibilities:
Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process
Create job descriptions and update them as needed
Make job posts and update them as needed
Conduct interviews
Develop and execute employee onboarding activities for new hires
Assist with creating shifts for employees
Conduct employee performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual and intermittent)
Create, implement and evaluate all HR Standard Operating Policies & Procedures (SOPs). Updating SOPs as needed
Design and implement effective training and development plans
Develop training videos and manuals
Maintain organizational charts
Manage HR databases and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all data is up to date and confidential
Respond to employees’  inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Enforce disciplinary and corrective actions with staff
Ad hoc and special projects


Resume Screening

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
At least a year of experience with full-cycle recruiting (Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding)
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities Etc

Preferred Skills:
Performance reviews/evaluations
Exit interviews
