HTML File Modification + DataSet Simplification

I work for a Museum in Auckland, New Zeland and we have a bespoke HTML based interactive that has been slightly problematic and very hard to upgrade.

I have a series of HTML packages which, for easy deployment on a PC, were wrapped in an EXE file.

The intention is to chaneg this so that they operate as locally run HTML files in BrightSign devices. The reason for this is primarily to do with reliability.

The system is a data visualisation system that uses an LED video wall, a floor projection zone and a dual portrait projection zone to display the data relating to various aspects of Auckland City.

CURRENT STATE:
A server application is run on a PC which syncs the content triggering of other HTML applications on other PC devices. This triggering is done via OSC commands.
There is also an audio application called MAXXAUDIO which has sound files and is also triggered by the server to align the audio with the content.
The data that is displayed is also strored in complex and difficult to update JSON and .LAZ files Lidar files. None of the data is centralised and none of the data is easy to review, edit and update.

REQUIRED STATE:
A BrightSign will serve as the server device and one of the HTML viewing devices and audio device. So device 1, will communicate with the other devices on the network to sync the content they are showing, but also display one of the applications and run the audio.
The datasets would all be centrally located, potentially on an SQL service which the Museum can host locally for deployment.
The HTML files will run in a web-browser without issue as this is essentially how BrightSign does it.

The project will need scoping and as part of the proposal, a quick view and assessment of the attached file will be required to ensure you understand the project, the out come and requirements. The link on this Google Drive is just of 1 of the elements, the LED videowall. If a proposal is put forward, please include the following information:
- Viability of re-working the HTML components to display natively in a web browser
- Viability of most likely using the BrightSign JAVA library to integrate the sync signals with existing communication protocols supported by BrightSign, such as UDP.
- Ability to migrate the datasets to SQL (for example) instead of JSON files.
- Time required and budget expectation based on 3 display zones and a server file package.
