Social Media Campaign Scope of Work

Client: Hudson Construction Services, Inc.

Objective:

The primary goal of this social media campaign is to increase brand awareness, establish credibility, and generate leads for Hudson Construction, showcasing its expertise in carpentry, concrete, structural steel, and HVAC services. The campaign aims to engage the target audience, including homeowners, property managers, developers, and commercial clients, through various social media platforms.

The primary goal has been started by another social media manager who is not meeting his deadlines, and as such will be relinquished of any further responsibilities in assisting Hudson the development and deployment of social media assets, strategy and monthly campaigns.

Homeowners looking for renovation or construction services.
Property managers seeking reliable contractors for maintenance and upgrades.
Developers in need of skilled contractors for new construction projects.
Commercial clients requiring expertise in carpentry, concrete, structural steel, and HVAC for their buildings.

Scope of Work:

1. Content Strategy:

Refine the attached content calendar outlining themes, topics, and post frequency.
Create landing pages to capture customer information for retargeting and drip campaigns.
Hudson will provide content in the form of weekly videos and construction project photos.
Hudson also has a number of old pictures and videos which it would like to post.
Create engaging and informative content tailored to each platform.
Incorporate a mix of photos, videos, infographics, testimonials, and project updates.
Highlight Hudson's expertise in carpentry, concrete, structural steel, and HVAC services through case studies and project showcases.


2. Brand Identity:

Ensure consistent branding across all social media channels.
Create visually appealing graphics and templates for posts.
Use branded hashtags to increase visibility and reach.


3. Community Engagement:

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers and direct them to landing pages to capture their information for retargeting.


4. Paid Advertising:

Develop targeted advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics.
Utilize Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for maximum reach and engagement.
Allocate budget strategically to promote services and special offers.


5. Influencer Partnerships:

Identify and collaborate with influencers or industry experts relevant to the construction sector.
Arrange sponsored content or partnerships to amplify brand awareness and credibility.


6. Analytics and Reporting:

Regularly track key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
Retarget customers that visited or watched our video content.
Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and advertising efforts.
Provide monthly reports detailing campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.





7. Photography and Videography:

Hudson will provide high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, work in progress, and team members that will need to be edited into each social media platforms format.
Showcase craftsmanship and attention to detail in carpentry, concrete, structural steel, and HVAC work.



8. Deliverables:

Monthly content calendars
Engaging social media posts across platforms
Ensuring landing pages accurately populate Hudson’s Bigin CRM
Branded graphics and templates
Community engagement and response management
Paid advertising campaigns and reports
Influencer partnership arrangements (if prudent)
Monthly analytics and performance reports


Timeline:

This social media campaign will run for 12 months with regular weekly and monthly updates, optimizations, and reporting throughout the duration.

Budget:

The proposed budget to complete the partial finished website and landing pages $2,000.
The proposed budget for this social media campaign is $1,000 per month, inclusive of content creation, advertising spend, influencer partnerships (if prudent), and reporting.


Approval Process:

Regular check-ins and approval points will be scheduled to review content calendars, advertising campaigns, and performance reports. Adjustments and optimizations will be made based on feedback and insights gathered during the campaign.


Additional Notes:

Hudson will provide necessary resources, such as project photos, testimonials, and company information, to support content creation.
Collaboration and communication between the social media team and Hudson’s team will be essential for the success of the campaign.
