LMS- MOODLE Manager (Remote full-time position)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced LMS Manager with a strong background in EdTech or certification bodies. The ideal candidate will manage our Learning Management System (LMS) - Moodle, ensure compliance with ISO 17024 standards, support committee functions, and maintain seamless communication with stakeholders. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Management System (LMS) Management
LMS Operations:
Create and manage new exams in new language versions within the LMS.
Develop and manage courses, including duplicating courses and assigning them to relevant categories.
Monitor and manage user activity, generate reports, and enroll users in exams.
Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.
2. Support for ISO 17024 Accreditation Process and Sustainment
Manage the formation and ongoing monitoring of the Scheme Committee and the Exam Development Task Force (EDTF), ensuring both committees meet their objectives and function effectively.
Prepare drafts for discussions, assist in recruiting subject matter experts, and facilitate the creation and approval of necessary documents for the committees.
Develop and maintain the documentation required for ISO 17024 compliance, including consolidating information and creating a document control system.
Integrate and organize information and results from the committees for review and approval by the Advisory Commission.
Manage proctoring services and related operational procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 17024 standards and organizational policies.
Administer the issuance of certificates and the use of certification marks and logos, ensuring adherence to established policies.
Facilitate clear and effective communication with program stakeholders regarding any changes or updates to the certification process, serving as the primary contact for ISO 17024-related inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the ISO 17024 accreditation process and its ongoing sustainment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good knowledge of PHP, CSS for design purposes, and excel, google sheets
Proven experience managing Moodle - Learning Management Systems, particularly in EdTech or certification bodies.
Practical knowledge of the standards, requirements, and compliance of ISO 17024
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with committees and diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
