We are an early-stage enterprise SaaS startup looking for a skilled outbound Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate the expand our top of funnel. This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly impact our growth strategy by sourcing high-quality leads that match our target personas. We are looking who can research personas, refine outbound emails, and convert prospects into meetings as a long term part of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Persona-Based Lead Sourcing: Identify and research potential leads based on specific customer personas, ensuring they are a strong fit for our product offerings.
• Personalized Outreach: Create and send personalized emails to engage potential clients, showcasing how our solutions can meet their specific needs and challenges.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by effectively communicating with them, understanding their pain points, and assessing their potential as clients.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize the lead nurturing process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to research and identify potential leads based on buyer personas.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach emails.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and adapt strategies accordingly.
