Lead Manager for Real Estate Company

Lead Manager Job Description and Expectations  

We are a real estate investment company operating in New York and New Jersey. As we expand our team, it's crucial to understand the core responsibilities and expectations of the Lead Manager position. Below, we've outlined key aspects of the role to ensure clarity and alignment with our company's goals and values.

Core Responsibilities:  

Follow-Up with Existing Leads:  
Log in to the CRM system each weekday for 4 hours between to follow up with existing leads.
Adhere to the follow-up sequence outlined in the CRM system, ensuring consistency and persistence in communication.
System-generated tasks will guide you through the follow-up process effectively.

Prompt Response to Inquiries:  
Live-answer or promptly return calls from CRM between 7 am and 8 pm, regardless of scheduled work hours.
Immediate response to periodic urgent CRM mentions from 7am to 8pm. (Can be important tasks like call to confirm appointment or translate an appointment over the phone)
Immediate communication is essential to engage potential clients effectively.
Compensation:  You will receive substantial commissions on closed deals to compensate for availability during non-working hours.

Strong Communication Skills:  
Build rapport and trust with clients through friendly and effective communication.
Identify clients' needs and problems to determine the best solutions for them.
Clearly articulate our services and benefits tailored to each client's situation.

Proactive Follow-Up:  
Demonstrate persistence and commitment to long-term follow-up with leads.
Follow the established follow-up sequence diligently, recognizing that every lead has unique communication preferences and negotiation styles.

Availability and Responsiveness:  
Understand the importance of timely responses, considering the significant investment in generating leads.

Adherence to Processes:  
Strictly follow our established systems and processes, adhering to training guidelines.
Seek clarification or assistance when encountering unfamiliar procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Effective Team Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with the rest of the team.
Collaborate and coordinate efforts to ensure seamless client experiences and successful deal closures.

System Utilization:   Utilize our systems and processes precisely as trained, leveraging them to optimize performance and results.
