Listings Administrator

We are a real estate company that specializes in sales and acquisition of vacant lots/parcels throughout various states. We are looking for a Listings Administrator that can help us put together information, features, and photos of our properties.

Duties:

Create property descriptions
Gather photos
Be aware of all the features of a property, i.e. water supply, electricity, Code Enforcement.
Price negotiation for property visits
Call interested parties
Respond to emails or texts of potential clients
Know how to process documentation efficiently

Requirements:

Prior real estate experience is a plus
Be creative with visual communication
Highly organized
Quick communication skills
Excellent English grammar skills
Skilled on the phones
Team player
Problem solver
Fast learner
Open to feedback

Hourly rate $5

Full time role, Monday - Saturday 9 am PST to 5 pm PST
