We are seeking a full-time patient scheduler for our MRI Imaging business who is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling appointments and managing patient data to HIPAA standards. Attention to accuracy and a customer-service-oriented approach are essential.
