What:
We are throwing a 6-part online "zoom conference" in November/December 2022.
There will be an entry fee.

We need
1.) to send an introductory email to 4,000 existing contacts that are NOT OPTED IN to any particular mail platform (they're just in our rolodex).
We will need to send a "cold" email first to let them know about the event. Whether or not they purchase tickets, we would like to give them the chance to "opt in" to receive marketing emails about the upcoming event so they can possibly sign up in the next few weeks:

2.) A simple landing page/website that looks professional, preferable from a well-tested template that is geared to signing people up for events. Perhaps a FEW pieces of custom graphics will need to be created to create a professional look. (simple logo, typography, etc)

3.)There need to be options to sign up an individual, or a "group" rate (several people from the same office) for the event. The buying options need to have some flexibility. We will need a platform that easily allows us to track who signed up and which options they chose.

4.)Emails will need to get sent to the people who are attending the event with the appropriate zoom links. To avoid login difficulty, the link with not be user-authenticated, but simply require a password.

5.) we don't want people to have to create any user accounts or passwords to attend the event. After the event an email will get sent with a link to the recording of the event.

6.) we want as FEW PLATFORMS and moving parts as possible. We already have a Mailchimp and Katra account. We also already have Stripe and PAypal. We are also open to using a different platform if it will make the process easier. (Are people still using Kartra?).

Question: What platform or platforms would you use to achieve this with the most seamless integration?

Question: How will you provide the graphic design? In-house or will you hire designers? If you hire, do you have experience outsourcing graphics?

Question: How can we email 4,000 people easily before they have "opted in"?

Querstion: If an office signs up an individual and later decides they want the "Group rate", how would that work? What shopping cart platform would allow that transaction to happen seamlessly?
