1. Proposals generated by AI or ChatGPT will be rejected. While gramatical errors are acceptable, I prefer genuine human interaction over automated responses.

Point#1
I have two esxi servers individuals and i have difficulty with backup and restore and snapshots .
i need a solution like VEEAM for backup + i need to central manage them via vcenter so i move a vm from esxi1 to esxi2

Point#2
Why cant we scale frequency on the VM under esxi ? if i have cpu with 3.5 G on the main os .
why the VM only have like 2.5G and no option to scale it to 3.5 ?
is that a limited from ESXI ? any other alternative could help ?
