Online bidder for software development and Lead generation

Requirements:

- Experience bidding for jobs and winning them.
- Good at talking to people and making them like you.
- Able to negotiate well and convince others.
- Pays attention to detail and can adjust to what each client wants.
- Can manage time well and handle many tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

Bidding : Your main job is to search for jobs that match what our company does. You'll write proposals and try to win these jobs.

Talking to Clients: When clients respond to your proposals, you'll chat with them. You'll answer their questions and try to understand what they need. You'll use your words to convince clients that our company is the best choice for their project. You'll discuss things like prices and deadlines.

Handing Over Clients: Once a client agrees to work with us, you'll pass all the important information to our team. This includes what the client wants and any special requests they have.

Keeping in Touch: You'll stay in touch with clients during the project. You'll listen to their feedback, and solve any problems that come up.

You'll be part of a friendly team. There's a chance to work with us long-term and grow in the company.
