Outreach Specialist for Private Equity Introductions

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with potential sell-side companies that align with the investment criteria of specific private equity firms. The ideal candidate will use our existing data to engage these companies effectively, facilitating introductions that could lead to successful acquisitions or investments.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the company’s database to research and identify potential sell-side companies in targeted industries.

Initiate contact with potential leads through emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential sell-side companies.

Present our value proposition clearly and effectively to potential partners to generate interest in meetings and discussions with our team.

Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential companies and our internal team.

Maintain detailed records of communications and interactions in our CRM system.

Provide regular updates and feedback to our team on outreach efforts and progress.

Work collaboratively with our strategy and analytics teams to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback and performance.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in B2B outreach, sales, or business development, preferably in the private equity, venture capital, or M&A sectors.

Strong understanding of the business landscape and how to identify potential investment opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business owners and C-level executives.

Proficient in CRM software and LinkedIn, with a knack for conducting research using various online tools.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Desired Experience:

A background in finance, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.

Experience working in or with the dental or veterinary sectors is a plus.

Familiarity with international business practices and the ability to navigate different cultural business environments.

Multilingual abilities are a bonus, particularly in languages pertinent to our targeted regions for outreach.
