Paid Media (inc. Social) & Analytics Manager – Fractional Role

So you would describe yourself as a data-driven, digital-native, semi-automated machine (that learns fast) with several years of experience in paid media and analytics including smashing paid and pixels on Meta!  You say, “hey I’m like sooo excited” (in the right way) by numbers and obsess on the progress and performance they record. They are my calling card for a job well done.

We are a growing UK brand that is digitising a retail product that everyone needs, and we are automating life-routines to make this product accessible to all! We get asked every day when you are coming to London, when are you coming to Birmingham… and we are! Hang a sec my guy, we are coming, give us a beat.

What we need to help us on this journey is a results-oriented paid media and analytics manager who can use every tool in their media arsenal to help us skyrocket growth, and setup a thorough always-on program of work for measurement and optimisation. This will be a fractional role to begin with, with the opportunity to grow the role alongside the growth of the business.

We may work on a project basis, or a set number of hours per week. To be discussed with the right applicant.

Key Tasks to Own:

1. Growth Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
• Evaluate market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for both customer growth and revenue growth across the existing base.

2. Channel Planning and Execution

• Create and implement a highly effective paid media and marketing strategy, against strict KPIs and targets.
• Create and oversee compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Continual optimisation of channel and media investment to drive higher ROIs and lower CAC’s.

3. Audience Analysis and Targeting

• Utilise data-driven insights audience analysis and cohort creation and refine targeting strategies.
• Segment and tailor marketing efforts to specific demographics, ensuring maximum impact.
• Understand our global market and what our customers want, and where to find them!

4. Measurement Framework and Attribution Modelling

• Establish a robust measurement framework to track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Implement attribution modelling to accurately assess the contribution of each channel to overall business growth.

5. Hands-on Experience with Media Delivery and Analytics Platforms

• Effectively manage media delivery platforms and analytics tools, optimising campaigns based on real-time data.
• You should be highly proficient with all media buying tools and applications, and all required analytics platforms including GA4. You will be responsible for ALL media planning, execution, and optimisation + the full setup and management of analytics and tracking tools.
