Los Angeles based boutique property management company looking to add a team member to help in handling various administrative tasks. Tasks include, but not limited to:

- Answering emails and phone calls from tenants, vendors, and clients
- Following up on work order statuses
- Logging notes and updates

Tenant management:
- Following up on delinquencies
- Maintaining insurance requirements
- Creating letters and notices

- Marketing available units
- Scheduling showing appointments
- Gathering application documents

- Various administrative tasks as they become available
- Organizing files on company Dropbox

- Available to work during office hours (M-F, 9a-5p PT)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Honesty
- Decision-maker

* Previous experience in the property management industry preferred
  • Less than 30 hrs/week
