Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a Quality Control/Client Success Manager to ensure the highest standards of video production quality and to manage client relationships effectively. This role combines meticulous project oversight with proactive client communication, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Specific Job Details:

Quality Control Responsibilities:
-Review and assess all video content to ensure compliance with both technical standards and narrative excellence.
-Provide actionable, detailed feedback through Frame.io, focusing on captions, editing, audio quality, and overall content coherence.
-Work closely with the production team to ensure all issues are promptly addressed, maintaining a cycle of continuous improvement.

Team Success Responsibilities:
-Serve as a central point of contact for the team after project initiation, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
-Maintain proactive, clear communication with the team, understanding our goals, and ensuring these are conveyed effectively to the internal team.
-Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.

Social Media Reporting Responsibilities:
-Create comprehensive monthly social media reports detailing campaign results and the effectiveness of video content.
-Highlight key successes and metrics in visually engaging reports to enhance the perceived value of our services.
-Distribute reports through Slack, ensuring timely and professional communication with each client.

-Proficiency in English: Must have a proficient level of English with the ability to identify and correct spelling, grammar, and syntax errors in video captions and content. This includes a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of language nuances to ensure clear and error-free communication.
-Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of social media content. The candidate must be able to assess whether videos are relevant, engaging, and effectively tailored to meet contemporary social media standards and audience expectations.
-Experience in quality control within the media production or digital content creation sector.
-Strong understanding of video production processes and platforms, particularly Frame.io.
-Excellent analytical skills with a proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations.
-Outstanding communication and client service skills, with an ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.
-Proficient in using digital communication tools like Slack for professional correspondence and reporting.

Hiring Process:
