Quickbooks Invoice Coordinator (Spanish Language )

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Creation: Generate invoices promptly and accurately based on provided data, ensuring adherence to company policies and client agreements.
Verification and Accuracy: Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms, to ensure accuracy before submission.
AP Follow-Up: Collaborate with Accounts Payable department to track invoice receipt and processing status, resolve any discrepancies, and expedite payments.
AR Follow-Up: Communicate with Accounts Receivable team to confirm receipt of payments, resolve billing inquiries, and address any outstanding balances.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of invoices, payment statuses, and communications with AP and AR departments for reference and audit purposes.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on invoice processing, payment status, and outstanding balances for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Spanish Language Mandatory
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software, with demonstrated experience in invoice creation, tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in invoice processing software and accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and billing procedures.
Education and Experience:


High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in accounting or finance preferred.
Prior experience in invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, or related field is advantageous.
