Sales Consultant needed to optimize the sales process

Location: Remote

We are looking for a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a SaaS mid-sized start-up in the US market. This role will involve working closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize our processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

Tune Salesforce: Review and optimize Salesforce for improved sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Insights from Recorded Discovery Calls: Analyze insights and trends from recorded discovery calls, turning them into structured data and reporting.
Unify and Deploy Sales Marketing Tech Stack: Evaluate and unify our current tech stack including Gmail, Salesforce, Zoom, Fathom, Zoom Webinar, Seamless, SmartLead, Phone Burner, and LinkedIn. Make recommendations for future enhancements or connections.
Lead, Call, and Pipeline Review: Conduct regular reviews with 1 BDR (Business Development Representative) and 4 AEs (Account Executives) to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
Metrics Around Total Customer Journey: Develop metrics and KPIs to track the total customer journey from lead generation to conversion, and provide regular reporting on these metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role in a SaaS mid-sized start-up in the US market.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and experience with tuning Salesforce for improved sales performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data from discovery calls and turn them into actionable insights.
Experience with unifying and deploying sales and marketing tech stacks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead reviews with BDRs and AEs.
Experience developing metrics and KPIs around the total customer journey
