Fixtman LLC is looking to hire Sales Manager with the following qualifications:

Overview:

The Sales Manager identify and set up sales plan as per company’s goals and objectives. S/he is sales procedure owner and responsible for all related instructions, resource management and monitoring processes.

Essential Role:

• Create structure and accountability for sales team. Set clear objectives that align with the organization's objectives.
• Measure results and monitor sales activities, participate in creating proper dashboards, reports and also introducing new KPIs.
• Coach and mentor sales reps. , Providing Training Opportunities, Motivating the Team
• Research industry changes and trends. Be updated and knowledgeable about the services and side products.
• Support and improve sales pipeline.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion rate.
• Working closely with platform account managers also as ERP admin to keep track of them and keep them updated.
• Aims to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Deploying and implement strategic sales plan and monitoring related KPIs based on both team members and also company’s customer.
• Proactively engage in all company’s campaign and branding activities
• Serving as first point of contact for clients and customers for requests, concerns and feedback
• Participate in some interviews as per HR team request for recruiting and hiring procedures


Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Map potential clients and generate leads for the company
• Maintain a database of clients/customers and update it, making sure leads are enough to achieve the goal
• Motivate and coach team members and train them on company’s services
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with customers and clients
• Create presentations and attend meetings with stakeholders and external clients
• Represent the company on all activities outside the business
• Create report and provide detailed sales forecast on a regular basis


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• At least 5 years of related experience in a senior sales capacity role
• Industry experience and sales experience is required. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. (Recommendation letter required)
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret contracts, policies, documents and regulations
• Ability to write reports and compose business correspondence
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro- rata, percentages, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic accounting
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
• Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a big plus
• Positive personality and excellent customer service skills

                     
Reporting Line

• Sales Manager reports directly to Vice President

Compensation

• Commensurate to qualifications, experience and background
