We are a growing healthcare software company based in the USA and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and support executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities
Provide product demonstrations to potential customers
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide technical and customer support to existing customers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Attend trade shows and other industry events
Provide regular reporting on sales and customer support activities
Stay in regular contact with customer to keep them advised of status of the enquiry.
Requirements:


Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical knowledge of software products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
