I’m a researcher conducting a study analyzing correct human movement and incorrect human movement patterns. For the project you will need to video record yourself at-home doing a few fitness movements. We are using this video data to create a testing protocol for evaluating human movement quality.

We expect this project to take 20 minutes to complete.

What’s required to participate:
Must have good mobility and be able to perform basic exercise movements
Willing to sign consent form
Must have access to a room where you can film yourself (any background is ok, but must have adequate lighting to see you)
Must have form fitting clothing. (Does not need to be tight, but baggy is not acceptable).
Access to a smartphone
Willing to spend ~20 minutes to read instructions, film videos, and upload.
