Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager or agency to manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts, create engaging content in French, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will work closely with our founder to create Reels and other content that showcase her personality and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content in French.
- Manage daily posts, stories, and interactions.
- Collaborate with the founder to create Reels and video content.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics.
- Generate and manage leads through targeted campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements:
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts, preferably in interior design or real estate.
- Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Understanding of the French market.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with lead generation and paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience creating engaging Reels and video content featuring brand personalities.
