- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Coordinate copywriting and design to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Social Media Specialist Qualifications / Skills:

- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, TikTok and other social media best practices
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
