## Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Expert is a part-time role responsible for identifying talent in Latin America for both freelance and full-time positions. This role involves reaching out to potential candidates, maintaining communication, putting them through testing and evaluation, and introducing them to clients. You will be the sole recruiter for Embarca across its diverse set of clients, meaning attention to detail and organization is a must.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Identify and reach out to talent in Latin America.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of candidates.
- Introduce suitable candidates to clients.
- Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Wellfound, Behance, and Upwork for recruiting.
- Maintain internal database of talent.


- Based in Latin America
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- 3 years minimum experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar HR-related field
- Comfortable with teamwork, ambiguity, experimentation in a startup environment.
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR.

**Nice to Have:**

- Familiarity with recruiting on LinkedIn, Wellfound, Behance, and Upwork.
- Previous experience with task-organizing tools such as Notion, Trello, or equivalents.

**Benefits and Compensation:**

- Hourly compensation with invoices submitted monthly
- Must be available 10-20 hours a week, with work fluctuating based on demand. It may be 3 hours one week, 25 hours the next.
