We are looking for a skilled technical writer to help us create comprehensive documentation for our Simpu APIs. As a unified customer communication platform for businesses - simpu.co, we rely heavily on our APIs to ensure seamless integration with our customers' systems. We need a technical writer who can translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

- Create clear and concise documentation for Simpu APIs, including user guides, technical specifications, and other related materials.
- Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Edit and revise existing documentation as needed, ensuring that it remains up-to-date with current Simpu API features and functionality.
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy of information presented in documentation.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical information is presented in a way that is both accurate and easy to understand.
- Ensure that documentation is consistent with Simpu branding guidelines and overall communication strategy.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a technical writer, with a portfolio of past works.
- Experience creating technical documentation for APIs, SDKs or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development and experience working with developers and other technical professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Swagger, OpenAPI, etc.
