We are looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Editor to join our team and help us create engaging visuals for our YouTube channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing thumbnails that attract viewers and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our content creators to understand the topic and theme of each video
Develop and execute a visual strategy for each video's thumbnail
Design high-quality and attention-grabbing thumbnails that align with our brand and attract viewers
Ensure all thumbnails are optimized for different platforms and devices
Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and best practices
Provide regular reports on the performance of our thumbnails and make data-driven recommendations to improve their effectiveness

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in creating thumbnails for YouTube or other video platforms
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Understanding of YouTube's platform and algorithm
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
