I am looking for an author of a rhyming picture book who was traditionally published by a Canadian publisher, preferably one based in British Columbia. I have a manuscript that I think is ready for submission but I just don't know how to send it out.

I'd like to hire someone who has already been successful with an unsolicited rhyming picture book manuscript to do this submission process for me. I understand that there's no guarantee of my submission being successful either, but I think that hiring someone with proven success will give my submission the most potential for success too. (Not to mention that I've planned to do it for the last few months and I just haven't gotten around to do it.) I'm not sure if this is the correct wording, but it's as if I'm hiring you as my agent?

The hiring process is based upon
-- (1) traditionally published author of rhyming picture book,
-- (2) Canadian-based and preferably from British Columbia, and
-- (3) background in children's books and could write cover letters and send them out to publishers.

The budget is based upon your hourly rate or milestone amounts so it's up to you, I'll cover any Upwork fees and, as you can see, this is a featured job so I'm willing to pay more to get what I want.
