Need a verbal Telugu language interpreter who can listen in English and repeat the meaning of what is being said in Telugu for a divorce case. It is a "prove up" case which is pretty easy...the husband or the wife just need to show something as proof to the court but they need an interpreter who speaks Telegu. This assignment is happening on Monday, 9/9/24, 11:00 am CST (Chicago time) over a Zoom video conference call. It will last approximately an hour including the wait time. The interpreting itself will probably be about 5 minutes long but you will still be compensated from the time that you log in (11:00 am CST) until the time that you log off. We need individuals who are well versed with the functionality of Zoom including the microphones and the cameras and are okay with the camera being ON during the interpreting assignment.  I have attached an American family law terminology document so that you can see the definitions of the words that may come up in an American divorce case. Again this is only a "prove up" case so there will not be a long hearing to discuss the specifics but it is always better to be over prepared than under prepared.
