We are looking for a dynamic and proficient Virtual Education Assistant to join our team for a 10-month Master’s program in Sustainability and Fashion. Starting in September, you will work closely with the lead lecturer to facilitate an exceptional learning experience for our students.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Lesson Planning & Assignments: Collaborate with the main lecturer to develop comprehensive lesson plans and engaging assignments that align with the course objectives.

PowerPoint Creation: Design and create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to enhance lectures and presentations.

Learning Management System Management: Efficiently upload and manage course materials, documentation, and resources on Canvas.

Student Support: Address and follow up on student inquiries promptly, providing necessary support and guidance.

Resource Development: Create and curate valuable educational resources to enrich the learning experience.

Documentation Management: Ensure all documentation, including Zoom/classroom recordings, are accurately uploaded and easily accessible.

Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the course.

**Qualifications:**
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of UK English, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with LMS: Familiarity with Canvas or similar Learning Management Systems is essential.
Educational Background: Prior experience in an educational setting, ideally within higher education.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with students and faculty.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
Virtual Assistant Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Relevant Background: Background or interest in sustainability and fashion education.
Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently.
