Responsibilities:

Identify and extract relevant data from authorized sources, including Yammer, using appropriate methods and tools.
Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze and interpret data to extract insights and inform decision-making.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and stakeholders, to understand data needs and requirements.
Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders using visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, or computer science.
Experience in data analysis and modeling, including data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and frameworks, such as Pandas, NumPy, or SciPy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
