Here are the things I would like to achieve:
If an invoice is created in QuickBooks Online and a lead exists it converts the lead to a contact. If a lead does not exist and an invoice is created it creates a contact.
All relevant information of the invoice is added to the timeline with in Zoho, which also includes deep linking to the QBO invoice (if we are deep linked the line items don't need to be present, just a link directly to the QBO invoice).
If certain fields are updated in Quickbooks this should also be reflected in the Zoho time line. If payments are made this also should reflect in the Zoho CRM timeline.
