Description:

We are looking for a budget-friendly PR and Outreach Specialist to help promote our new website and GitHub repository https://github.com/webtap-ai/webtap.
The ideal candidate will research and identify all possible websites, directories, social media pages, news outlets, and other relevant platforms where our website can be featured. Additionally, they will craft compelling submission messages and emails to propose featuring our website.

Important Note:
We will use a Google spreadsheet to coordinate and track the actual work. You will have to fill in all the submissions you do there. The first submissions (approximately 10) will have to be approved by us.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential websites, directories, social media pages, news outlets, and other platforms for website promotion.
Create a comprehensive list of these platforms with relevant contact information.
Write persuasive and tailored submission messages and emails to propose featuring our website.
Manage and track the outreach process, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts and results.
Requirements:

Proven experience in public relations, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Knowledge of various online platforms and how to leverage them for promotion.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Previous experience with tech-related PR and outreach.
Familiarity with GitHub and tech communities.
Basic knowledge of SEO strategies.
