Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic E-commerce Customer Service Representative with a fluent English proficiency to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, returns, refunds, and other service-related issues.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, promotions, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through empathetic and personalized interactions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.

• Fluent in English spoken and written.
• Proven customer service experience in an e-commerce or retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
