I have written a twelve-chapter book that is 7000 words in length. I'm not a writer. I am a creative.
My current role is Chief Experience Officer for a development based out of St Petersburg FL.

This document is to be used to help sell the vision of a 30-acre site in St Petersburg. We are approaching this from the none traditional approach of not using high-fidelity CGI renders to tell our story.

Why?
Because we believe that the mind needs to create its visual of what will be rather than the renders forcing their imagination to stop wandering. We know what all the activations and attractions will be, but we haven't finalised the aesthetics yet.

This story is presented from a few POV's

1. From a 24+ mixed race girl returning to this place that helped her be the person she is today. so that narrative is her reminiscing.

2. Then current tense for her as she is today

3. then possibly when reminiscing we fall into her character to tell it in the first person.

Or not! I will be guided by the expert.

This will be used for a hardback table book and an audiobook and hopefully, we can turn it into a short animated piece (that's later!)

This will also be the first time we announce the name of the development.

All of which will need to be under an NDA. (NDA attached)
