Hello! This is a fairly specific job. I need to create a custom survey website. This website must use a specific methodology that is somewhat complex; it's not just your typical Likert-scale or multiple-choice question survey type. It's known as a Q-Sort (qualitative sort). I already have a website that does this, but it is not suited for the new way we will be applying the method. I can explain further, but we need a lot of the survey functions to be "self-serve" on behalf of core individuals who will be taking the survey. They will be evaluating themselves, then recruiting 3-5 colleagues to complete the survey regarding them. So there is a self-assessment and a cross-evaluation for each core individual. Then, these responses should generate a separate report for each core individual that summarizes self-assessment and cross-evaluations (averages, statistically significant differences, etc.) in multiple ways. I need someone with technical chops, attention to detail, and a willingness to explore / revise. If/when the site is launched, I would eventually need help maintaining it, so I would want to work with someone who is a stable contractor. But let's start with: are you interested in & able to do this? Note that I have not set a budget, price, or hourly estimate yet. I really don't know what this will entail, but we can discuss. Read my reviews and you'll see that I am quite generous with compensation and bonuses, so trust that if you help me, you'll be well taken care of. Thank you in advance for considering it!
