I have a diverse technical background in Business Intelligence/Big Data for Fortune 500 companies in the Retail, Healthcare, and Financial industries. I have also produced applications, scripts, and automated processes using Python, Pearl, BASH, JavaScript, and even Microsoft Excel and Access. I have adapted to my client's environments to make them successful. Since COVID with the collapse of many businesses, I have focused my services on educating businesses on how to use technology to automate everyday tasks, streamline processes, and increase their revenue. I do this by thinking of the Omnichannel Marketing concept, how to link all of their marketing channels together. My typical process… I build a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Pipedrive, etc.) for the client. I then review their website (WordPress, Matomo), chatbot, social media platforms, and discuss their past and future marketing campaigns to understand what worked and what did not work. I will then build out a proposal to springboard them to their next level of success. I enjoy a challenge as this keeps me continuously learning in my field. The technology sector is constantly evolving and I will bring it to my clients with professionalism.
