Temitope has been the Managing and Acquisitions Editor of Baal Hamon Publishers since May, 2006. He is a member of the 2016 Class of the Yale Publishing Course - Leadership Strategies in Book Publishing for which he won the "Innovative Leader Scholarship" from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut. He has edited and published the works of many competent authors from various countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom and United States. He has a special interest in biographical works and general fiction. He is also interested in Christian religious works and ethnic works especially of Blacks and African authors. A skilful author in his own right, Temitope's books have found readership amongst the VIPs, including at least two former Heads of State who endorsed his books. The foreword to his first book was written by a provincial Archbishop of the Anglican Communion while the national Primate of the church also wrote an endorsement. Books written by Temitope and the authors he has published have been well reviewed in local and national magazines. He says, "I have always made suggestions for improvement to every author I have worked with. I always strive to bring out the best in every literary work I handle." In the letter awarding him the Innovative Leader Scholarship in 2016, the Director of the Yale Publishing Course wrote to him - "The judges and I were extremely impressed with the excellence of your work, the passion and commitment you bring to the profession, and the glowing recommendation you received."
