"Bill took the time to fully understand the problem we had with our session id changing after returning from our credit card processor. The script is very complicated, but after a short time he was able to speculate what might be causing the problem. He tested some of his changes and discovered the problem pretty quickly. He accomplished in a short period of time what others could not. This has been an ongoing problem for us for a few months. He did a great job digging in, understanding the script and the problem and resolving it. It is good to find someone with experience. I would highly recommend Bill and will call upon his services in the future."
