In order for brands to be successful, they need to be 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 and to successfully 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 with the right audience. Brands have personalities that, ideally, would never change over time. People will age and still recognize that agency that helped them market their first business, or that website that helped them go through finals in college, or the social media app that helped them connect with amazing people. 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁. In that sense, when done right, brands are indeed like people. We 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 with them, and even 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗲 the messages that they share with the world. A successful brand isn't one that sells well, that's called a successful business. A successful brand is one that will 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 and build a personal connection between you and your client.
