"The client seems happy with the delivery and does not ask you for any detailed revision and ended up rating your skill far less for no apparent reason (3/5 - are you kidding me?), rates your communication 3/5 and at the same time mentions like, "I appreciate your work on our trial article & enjoyed our communication." Maybe they need to figure out what they want. If you are looking for a long-run client relationship, I won't recommend this client."
