"The developer had a good system of working with the client. I would recommend them to people who have a very specifically outlined task and much knowledge with the technical aspects involved. However once the app was developed there were many inaccuracies to the designs which should not have been the case. Some were then improved free of charge, however some were not. Mid-contract the firm decided to change their business model and increased prices making it hard to continue working with them. On top of that some bugs were not fixed even though in the contract it stated all would be."

"The freelancer was hired based on initial quoted time frame and price. They quoted the project to be fully completed within 1.5 months and the price was set per my scope. Starting the project I handed over the premade templates so they could start with the project ahead of schedule. They took over a month to complete their wireframes and a revised scope of their own thus giving another revised price quote. The revised price was delivered after I said they were taking too long on the project. After seeing the revised increase in price I decided to end the contract. it was unprofessional on the timeframe they quoted me on and what I was given. They wasted my time and I spent 1k on wasted time."

Bad reviews happen from time to time especially when you have the level of volume we have due to the highest quality service & clear and transparent development processes. Here are some points regarding this feedback: 1. It's clear from the beginning of the engagement with us that the initial estimate we’re providing for the product is a ballpark one and can change within +-30% of the final estimate - and it was clear and was communicated multiple times in this case as well. 2. The reason for timeline expansion and estimate increase was the increase of scope from the client’s end - we have no intention of increasing the scope of any app if it does not benefit the product & client’s business. Multiple functionalities were added which were not a part of the initial scoping document. 3. The other reason for the timeline extension was the absence of the client on weekly calls for 2 weeks straight which are an essential part of the process and this absence was blocking us from the completion. We’re very upset regarding the review provided since we’re doing exceptional work for every business & client we’re working with and we’re constantly working on the improvement of our services. We also want to apologize since neither client of ours deserves to have a bad experience with our company and it’s never a one-sided thing.
