Content Moderator and Customer Support

I am a Nurse by profession before I decided to pursue freelancing as my full time career. In my initial years of being a contractor, I was given the opportunity to develop skills in customer support and content moderation. In my years of working in these position, I was also able to acquire and learn the following: - Web research - Data entry - Email handling - Project Management - Zendesk as Customer Relationship Management. - Freshdesk as Customer Relationship Management. - Google Sheet and Doc as content management system. - Slack as collaboration and communication tool. I have good communication skills both orally and written. I am a very flexible person who is able to work the hours necessary to ensure that the role is done. I am very enthusiastic and would love to learn and try out any given opportunities.
