I am ACCA Member with more than 10 years’ experience in UK, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and have skills and experience in HealthCare, Manufacturing, Utilities, Real Estate & Retail sectors. I have thorough experience in preparation of Financial statement under IFRS for both consolidated and standalone companies, external Audit handling for group companies as Lead Liaison with BIG 4 and related assignments e.g. IFRS Conversion, Accounting & Tax Reports for new and upcoming projects and extensive experience in VAT return filling and handling tax queries. Experience of engagement with middle to higher management for day-to-day business operations and upcoming financial challenges e.g. (Collection from customers, lenders covenant compliance, client management etc.). I have also been closely working on Budget preparation, controlling and variance analysis. Mainly, acted as Focal person across all departments/projects, prepared budget templates, supported operation teams to fill in the data in a particular template and was part of budget committee to review the Revenue, CAPEX and other operational expenditures budgets and validation before presenting to Management for review and then submission to BoD for approval. Additionally, have experience in spending and controlling the budget and recommending if any updates in budget are required. Furthermore, I have rich experience of whole accounting cycle from transaction origination to financial statement level and delivered extensive management reporting in the form of BoD presentations and BoD information packs at multi-level, from CFO, CEO to Board level. I have strong skills in MS office (advance XL, Word, ppt), SAP, MS dynamics, MS dynamics 365, Xero, Sage, Quick books, Tally and I am a team player and believe that a cohesive can make a difference to organization’s success.
