User experience (UX) researcher

I am an experienced UX Researcher currently at Avalara, a B2B tax software company. I previously worked at companies such as Orion Innovation, EPAM Systems, Microsoft, and a boutique design consultancy, Round Feather. Tomo's research skills were top-notch, and delivered incredible results. Tomo also helped us recruit Japanese research participants as there was a language barrier for us on our end.
