English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian to Spanish/Italian translator

Italian and Spanish native speaker graduated in foreign languages at the University of Bologna. I have a C1 level in English and Portuguese, as well as a basic knowledge of German. Regarding my experience, I have been working as a translator and a proofreader here on Upwork for the last 2 years, therefore I am glad to provide references if needed. Apart from Upwork, I have been collaborating with TECH University of Technology, a private University located in Spain. Although translations are my main focus, I have also worked as a service desk agent. I have worked for Atos and Atomy and I dealt with ticket creation, communicating with users through e-mails, phone calls and chats, troubleshooting, Office 365's main issues and so on. I have used Freshdesk as a ticket creator platform, and answered queries via e-mail both in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
