I am a mechanical engineer with 24 years of overall experience in academia, research, computers, materials, mechanics, and editing/writing. I have a deep understanding of mechanical engineering and like computer integrated manufacturing, composite materials, advanced materials, computational materials, multiscale evolution, and mathematics. I have a strong interest in the intersection of product design and material science. Computers is close to my heart and I enjoy simulating material behavior using computational intelligence algorithms. I also have experience as a software engineer and worked for GE Advanced Materials. Most of my studies focused on a special class of materials called 'smart materials'. These materials include piezoelectrics, shape memory alloys, and magnetoelastic gel, that all exhibit coupled mechanical, thermal, electric, and magnetic phenomena. I have years of experience in material synthesis and prepared shape memory alloys and magnetoelastic gels in the laboratory and characterized them. I also do lot of work on MATLAB and work in LaTex software provided by Overleaf. I am well versed in Microsoft Office and can edit/write articles in the following fields: mechanical engineering, biology, arts, material science, mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, power electronics, computer science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, economics, manufacturing, communications engineering, chemistry, polymers, mathematics, nanotechnology, biomechanics, physics, transportation engineering, automation, medical sciences, etc. I consider my educational background and work experience as my assets, giving me unparalleled competencies in the job market and professional career.
